Don’t know where you’ll be?
When you can’t afford to miss a call - AlwaysHome™ is the Calling Feature that tracks you down faster than any other "follow-me" service. AlwaysHome™ is the perfect feature for those who must be accessible and can not afford to have their calls go to voice mail.

AlwaysHome™ enables a caller to dial just one number to reach you, at up to 3 different phones. It lets you take your calls wherever you’ll be, whether it’s the office, at home, or from your mobile phone.

It’s like having only one phone number, so you will simplify calling for your clients while still being able to keep some contact numbers private. Being easily accessible through one phone number could mean the difference between missing an opportunity and saving the day for a client - or someone close to you.

AlwaysHome™ can be modified from a Touch Tone phone. So whether you are on vacation, on the road or just out with family in the backyard you can make sure your calls reach you, when and where you want to be reached.

NOTE:
If one of the phone numbers programmed with AlwaysHome™ is a cellular phone that has voice mail, and the cellular phone is turned OFF, calls made to the PILOT number will go directly to the cellular phone’s voice mail. To prevent this, turn the cellular phone ON, remove the cellular number from the list, or turn OFF the AlwaysHome™ feature.

If one of the numbers programmed with AlwaysHome™ has voice mail, calls made from that phone number to the PILOT number will be directed immediately back to that phone’s voice mail. To avoid this, turn OFF the AlwaysHome™ feature or place the call to the PILOT number from another line that is not programmed with the AlwaysHome™ feature.

This feature is available in select areas and can only be activated or deactivated from a Touch Tone phone. If you are calling Long Distance to change your AlwaysHome™ feature, Long Distance charges will apply. If any of the AlwaysHome™ group of numbers is a Long Distance number, Long Distance charges will be applied to your home phone number. Exception: if one of the numbers is a cellular phone, all applicable air time, roaming and Long Distance charges will apply to the cellular phone.
